Hello World! I am Jenn! I am a Board Certified Athletic Trainer, 200-Hr Certified Yoga Instructor, and American Red Cross Instructor. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Temple University and my Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from the University of Utah. I have additional certifications in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Yoga for First Responders, Yoga of 12 Step Recovery, and Love Your Brain Yoga.
While these are my certifications, my passion is in whole wellness. I believe that when the wellness plan is designed to engage the entire person and integrate all of its parts, it is more likely to result in sustainable, long term results. I believe that we are all multidimensional, multifaceted organisms. I believe that we, human beings, operate best when we are integrated and aligned in our own bodies, brains, and interconnecting systems.
In my wellness and movement sessions, I use functional movement and alignment principles to create whole wellness experiences that leave my students and clients balanced, aligned, integrated, and operating at peak performance. Sessions may include movement, bodywork, therapeutic exercises, meditation, breath work, and nervous system re-balancing. I am excited to start working together!
