BUTTER

Butter is my signature embodied learning experience.   Butter is a combination of Yin and Restorative Yoga postures that relax the body and release stress from the nervous system.  We hold postures comfortably for 3-5 minutes, with or without props and may use breathing exercises or other mindfulness techniques to aid the body in it's process.

Layered throughout our time together, are themed talks and energy healing that are  designed to plant seeds of thought and stimulate transformation on a subconscious level.

Currently, this experience is being offered virtually through Zoom and as a donation-based offering.
