Noon Flow

Noon flow is an all levels class that utilizes functional movement, vinyasa sequencing and my personal background in Sports Medicine to create an overall tension relieving, nervous system soothing, strength enhancing, flexibility inducing experience for your whole being.  We move slow, transition big, and use breath along with other mindfulness techniques to create a whole-listic class.  This class is perfect for the beginner or seasoned practitioner.  Sign Up Here


Candlelight Restore​

Candlelight Restore is a delicious compilation of deep stretches, long holds, and relaxing shapes to calm the mind and body in the best possible way.  Most postures are experienced for 3-5 minutes in a tranquil environment.  Often we practice mindfulness techniques in each posture to create a safe, cozy, comfortable, grounding space to melt into.  Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners and every level in between! Yoga of 12 Step Recovery is an innovative mind-and-body practice that addresses addiction relapse prevention.  Y12SR is open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictive behavior or affected by the addictive behavior of others. 


Y12SR combines the practical tools of the 12-step program of recovery with the physical and spiritual practices of yoga.  Each session starts with a gentle yoga practice, guided by our breath, followed by a traditional 12 Step style meeting.  Y12SR sessions are 90 minutes long.

Butter is a signature class offered virtually.  This is a delicious embodied learning experience that uses a mixture of Yin and Restorative Yoga postures to release tension from your body and soothe your nervous system. Each pose is comfortably held for 3-5 minutes to reach maximum relaxation. During our time together, I layer the postures with transformative talks (think Yoga-ish TEDTalks) and energy healing designed to plant seeds of thought and stimulate evolution on a subconscious level.

We  experiment with breathing techniques and guided meditations to round out our experience and integrate and assimilate all of the seeds of transformation. This will be an all-levels class over Zoom.
