I offer wellness sessions that may include a variety of modalities and practices based on my education and training. Wellness sessions focus on the integration of the whole body to get back to full mobility, balance, and alignment. I use functional movement tools to evaluate, align, integrate, and strengthen the entire body. I also use energetic tools to soothe the nervous system and restore balance to the mental/emotional body.
Sessions will be different virtually. Virtual Sessions may include functional movement, prescribed stretching, breathing exercises, meditation, nervous system therapy or energy work and Reiki.
No two session will look the same, because no two people require the same process. Each session is designed to get you closer and closer to your place of healing and wholeness. This is not an overnight matter…it is an evolution in mind, body, and soul.
