I offer private single and group Movement Sessions in addition to my public classes.   Each movement session is personalized to fit your needs, so no two sessions will look the same.  I use a combination of modalities based on my background and training as a yoga instructor and Certified Athletic Trainer.

Yoga and Movement Sessions offered Virtually can be done in your own home with prescriptive sequencing and personalized feedback to alleviate tension and tightness in your body, soothe your nervous system, increase body awareness, and give you access to a deeper level of healing in mind, body, and soul.
