I offer private single and group movement sessions in addition to my public classes. Each movement session is personalized to fit your needs, so no two sessions will look the same. I use a combination of modalities based on my background and training as a yoga instructor and Certified Athletic Trainer.
Together, we can create a movement session that can alleviate tension and tightness in your body, soothe your nervous system, increase body awareness, and give you access to a deeper level of healing in mind, body, and soul.
